"Stray Bullet Hits College Student Through Bedroom Wall in San Diego"

A college student in San Diego survived being shot in the head by an errant bullet fired from the neighboring apartment, allegedly by Marine Corps Cpl. Samuel C. Hernandez, who claimed he was practicing his gun handling skills. The 20-year-old musician, Daria Tolokonnikova, suffered a scalp injury and is now too scared to sleep in her room. Hernandez was arrested on suspicion of negligently discharging a firearm and is expected to face a judge later this month.
