Suspect apprehended in Waffle House double murder case

An arrest has been made in connection with a double homicide at a Waffle House in Radcliff. Rodshad Akeem Bowser-Highsmith, 33, has been charged with complicity to commit murder, complicity to commit first-degree robbery, and first-degree attempted murder. Police are actively seeking a second suspect. Bowser-Highsmith is accused of shooting and killing two victims during a robbery attempt. He also fired multiple rounds at a vehicle and patrons leaving the Waffle House.
