Suspect Charged in Target Parking Lot Assault and Detroit Murder

A 31-year-old man, Andrew Hall, has been arrested and charged in connection with the assault of a woman in a Target store parking lot in Troy. Hall is facing charges of unlawful imprisonment, assault with intent to do great bodily harm, attempted carjacking, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony. The victim reported that Hall approached her, forced open her car door, and assaulted her before pulling out a handgun. A witness intervened, causing Hall to flee the scene.
