Suspect identified in shooting death of Kentucky deputy during traffic stop.

Steven Sheangshang is facing charges including murder of a police officer, assault, and robbery after allegedly killing Scott County Deputy Caleb Conley during a traffic stop and shooting another person at a bar in Lexington. Sheangshang then stole a car and was found by police an hour later with a gun in a nearby home. He had been named wanted person of the week by Bluegrass Crime Stoppers for burglary charges.
