Suspect in custody after active shooter incident at Saline assisted living center

A male suspect has been taken into custody after an active shooter situation in Saline, Michigan, which involved multiple scenes and left at least one person injured. The condition of the injured individual is unknown. The suspect was apprehended following a head-on crash after a police pursuit. The city and school facilities went into temporary lockdown during the police response. There is currently no threat to the community.
