Suspect in custody for major hit-and-run crash, investigation underway

A hit-and-run suspect in Colorado Springs is now in custody after causing a major crash involving multiple vehicles on Woodmen Road and Rangewood. The suspect allegedly hit a vehicle in a parking lot, fled the scene, and then struck another vehicle before crashing into six vehicles at the intersection. One person was hospitalized, and police suspect alcohol to be a factor. This may be the third crash caused by the suspect.
