Target Shoppers Evacuate as Suspicious Fire Engulfs Children's Section

A Target store in Buena Park was evacuated and closed after a suspicious fire broke out in the children's section. The fire was already extinguished when firefighters arrived, thanks to the activation of the sprinkler system and the efforts of a Target employee with a fire extinguisher. No injuries were reported, but the incident is being investigated as arson. Target has recently faced controversy over its Pride Month marketing and the removal of some LGBTQ+ products.
