Teen hero saves sister from mother's deadly attack.

A South Carolina mother has been charged with murder and attempted murder after drowning one of her daughters and attempting to kill another. The oldest daughter, who was asleep at the time, managed to save her sister by wrestling her away from their mother and running to a nearby family member's house to call 911. The mother was arrested and tried to grab a deputy's gun during the arrest. The 6-year-old daughter was pronounced dead at the hospital, while the 8-year-old appeared to be unharmed. The teen daughter's bravery in defending her family was praised by the sheriff.
