Teen Murder Suspect Apprehended by APD SWAT

The Albuquerque Police Department's SWAT team arrested 19-year-old Diego Gurule, a murder suspect accused of shooting and killing Dominic Ramirez during an argument over a bike. Gurule was located at a home and refused to come out, prompting the SWAT team's involvement. Detectives believe Gurule had time to hide or dispose of evidence before fleeing the scene. He will be booked into the Metropolitan Detention Center.
