Tennessee Teacher Charged with Rape Rearrested for Threatening Victim

A former Tennessee elementary school teacher, Alissa McCommon, who was previously charged with raping a 12-year-old, has been rearrested for allegedly attempting to coerce her victim. She violated the terms of her release by contacting the boy using a different phone number and sending him messages indicating he would "regret doing this." McCommon is currently being held without bond and has been charged with coercion of a witness, aggravated stalking, tampering with evidence, and harassment. The police are urging any other potential victims to come forward.
