Texas man kills parking lot scammer during date, returns to dinner.

A Texas man, Erick Aguirre, allegedly shot and killed a fake parking attendant who scammed him out of $40 before returning to the restaurant to finish his date. Aguirre was out on probation for aggravated assault when he committed the murder. He has been charged with murder and his bond has been set at $200,000. His date had no idea what had happened until police released photos of the two together and said they were wanted for questioning in connection with the shooting.
