Francisco Oropesa, the man accused of killing five of his neighbors with an AR-15 rifle in Texas, has been apprehended by law enforcement agents after a manhunt involving over 250 officers and an $80,000 reward. Oropesa allegedly opened fire on neighbors after one complained that shots coming from his adjacent property were keeping an infant from sleeping. The victims, all believed to be from Honduras, have been identified as a 9-year-old boy, two women, and two men. Oropesa has been charged with first-degree murder and was found to be in the US illegally after being deported four times.
