Toddler Abducted in Car Theft on Dewey Avenue

A car was stolen in Rochester with a two-year-old child inside while the mother was inside a store. A bystander found the toddler walking alone on Electric Avenue and stayed with the child until the police arrived. The child was taken to the hospital with a non-life threatening injury. No arrests have been made and anyone with information is urged to call 911.
