Tragic Death of 19-Year-Old Vermont Police Officer in Pursuit

A 19-year-old police officer, Jessica Ebbighausen, was killed in a crash while pursuing a burglary suspect in Vermont. The suspect, Tate Rheaume, collided head-on with Ebbighausen's cruiser, also hitting another police cruiser. Two other officers and Rheaume were injured but are expected to survive.
