Tragic Deaths of Infants in NYC Spark Investigation and Questions.

The father of a 3-month-old baby girl found dead in a wooded area in the Bronx was turned in by his own father after allegedly confessing to shaking and slapping the baby when she wouldn't stop crying. He later dumped her body in a bag in the woods. The baby's mother was also arrested and charged with concealment of a corpse and obstructing governmental administration. The father had a history of mental illness and prior arrests.
