Tragic Shooting Claims Lives of Mother and Daughter in Oakland

A 13-year-old girl and her mother were shot and killed in East Oakland during an argument between the mother and her boyfriend. Another child, the daughter's best friend, was also shot and taken to the hospital. The mother's boyfriend was arrested on suspicion of murder and assault with a firearm. Two other children in the apartment were unharmed.
