Tragic Shooting Claims Off-Duty Howard County Deputy's Life in Baltimore

Off-duty Howard County sheriff's deputy Ryan Demby was shot and killed outside a bar in Baltimore's Federal Hill neighborhood after an argument between patrons escalated. Baltimore Police responded to the shooting and found a 23-year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds, who was later pronounced dead. The preliminary investigation suggests that a verbal altercation preceded the shooting.
