A truck driver, Tony Aghaji-Enweremadu, has been arrested and charged with two counts of misdemeanor manslaughter after allegedly smoking marijuana before causing a fatal 5-semi truck crash on I-35 in Garvin County, Oklahoma. The crash resulted in the death of two people. Aghaji-Enweremadu admitted to officials that he had "smoked a bowl of marijuana" before his 8 a.m. work shift. He has apologized for the lost lives and is awaiting the results of his drug screening. The investigation is ongoing.
