Unlicensed teens in stolen Kia hit East Rochester officer.

An East Rochester police officer was struck by a stolen Kia while responding to a burglary-in-progress call involving teenagers between the ages of 13 and 15. The officer parked his car to block an exit and was assessing a third stolen Kia when the teens sped off in the two original stolen cars, striking him in the process. The officer was taken to the hospital but has since returned to work. The teens were given an appearance ticket and released to their parents.
