Victim identified in suspicious death investigation in Warrick County

The body found at the Bluegrass Fish and Wildlife Area in Warrick County on April 22 has been identified as 27-year-old Manuel Heaton of Evansville. Heaton's death is being investigated as a homicide, and the cause of death has not been released. Indiana Department of Natural Resources officials are leading the investigation, and the Warrick County Sheriff's office and detectives across the state are assisting.
