Victim of Deadly Portland Shooting Identified as Southwest Washington Man

Ryan Martin, a 47-year-old Southwest Washington resident, has been identified as the victim in a fatal shooting that occurred in Downtown Portland. Another victim was injured but is expected to survive. The suspect, 46-year-old Geoffrey E. Hammond, has been arrested and is facing multiple charges, including second-degree murder and attempted murder. The Portland Police Bureau is seeking additional information from the public.
