"Video Captures Tragic Shooting of Kidnapped Teen by California Deputies"

Newly released video and audio footage shows that 15-year-old Savannah Graziano, who had been kidnapped by her father, was shot and killed by San Bernardino County sheriff’s deputies as she appeared to be surrendering during a gun battle on a highway. Her father, Anthony Graziano, was also killed. The deputies pursued Mr. Graziano's pickup truck for roughly 70 miles, and the shooting occurred after he had killed his estranged wife the day before. The incident is under investigation by the state's Department of Justice.
