Pipeline Projects Face Legal Setbacks in West Virginia.

Sen. Joe Manchin criticized a federal appeals court for delaying the construction of the Mountain Valley Pipeline, a natural gas pipeline opposed by environmental groups. The court found that West Virginia's Department of Environmental Protection's decision to approve the pipeline did not comply with federal law, including the Clean Water Act. Manchin accused the court of siding with left-wing environmental activists and called for the US to get more of its abundant natural resources to market for energy security.
