Canadian Wildfires Cause Hazardous Air Quality Across U.S. East Coast

Wildfires in eastern Canada have caused poor air quality in Delaware, with hazardous levels in New Castle County and very unhealthy levels in Kent and Sussex counties. The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control and the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services advise residents to stay indoors or limit time outside, especially those in sensitive groups.
