California hospitals lift face mask mandate.

California is no longer requiring masks in high-risk and health care settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and warming centers. However, mask-wearing is still recommended, and local governments can still choose to require them. State health officials have also shortened recommended isolation times for anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 to five days, as long as they don't have a fever and their symptoms are improving. Hospitalizations and test positivity rates are down in California.
