Weather Update: Air Quality Alert and Smoke Lingers in Some Areas.
TL;DR
A Code Red alert has been issued for June 8 due to very poor air quality, which may be unhealthy for people with heart or lung disease, older adults, children, and teens. Residents are advised to avoid strenuous outdoor activities and keep any activity short. Wearing a mask may help limit irritation for those suffering from respiratory illnesses.
