The Biden administration is set to lift the emergency health rule known as Title 42, which has prevented hundreds of thousands of migrants from entering the US, leading to concerns of a new immigration surge that could strain resources across the southern border. Border officials are preparing for the arrival of tens of thousands of migrants, with three cities in Texas already declaring a state of emergency.
