A video captured a train in Mexico carrying what appeared to be hundreds of migrants riding on top as it headed towards the U.S. southern border. In response to the surge in migrants, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced the temporary suspension and reduction of vehicle processing at ports of entry in Texas and Arizona.
