TL;DR

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is deploying 140 state troopers, including more than 40 in Miami Beach, to address spring break violence following deadly shootings last year. The troopers will assist with crowd control, DUI checkpoints, and directing traffic, while a rapid-response team will be on standby in several counties. Miami Beach has implemented security measures and a midnight curfew after previous incidents, and the city is emphasizing public safety and law enforcement presence during the spring break period.
