A special grand jury in Georgia, which initially investigated efforts by former President Donald Trump and his allies to overturn the 2020 presidential election, recommended indicting more than three dozen people, including Lindsey Graham, David Perdue, Kelly Loeffler, and Michael Flynn. The panel's report, released on Friday, also recommended charging alleged fake electors, including Lin Wood and then-Georgia state Sen. William T. Ligon Jr. The special grand jury's findings were submitted to the district attorney, who will decide whether to present evidence to a regular grand jury for criminal charges. Last month, a separate grand jury charged Trump and 18 others with felony racketeering and conspiracy counts. Trump criticized the special grand jury report, calling it a "political witch hunt."
