"Outside Assistance Mobilized to Protect Watertown Residents Amid Water Crisis"
TL;DR
Watertown fire department is receiving assistance from neighboring departments and the state of New York to provide fire protection after a water main break caused a water emergency. The department is unable to rely on hydrants at the moment and is using specialized equipment to pump water from the Black River to fight fires. Collaboration between different fire services is crucial in ensuring the safety of the community.
