Bodies recovered after Grays Ferry CHOP garage collapse; investigation underway

Two workers from Iron Workers Local 401, Matthew Kane and Mark Scott Jr., were recovered from the collapsed Grays Ferry CHOP parking garage, bringing the death toll to three after Stepan Shevchuk died earlier at a hospital following the collapse.
