A 15-year-old girl, Daria Serkov of Manhattan, died and a 16-year-old girl was hospitalized after a 57-year-old truck driver turning right struck the bicycle they were riding in the East Village at East 14th Street and First Avenue around 9 p.m.; the driver stayed at the scene and no arrests were reported.
