Giant tree falls at Sunset Beach, trapping six cars at Lake Sammamish State Park

A large tree fell in Sunset Beach’s parking lot at Lake Sammamish State Park, striking six parked cars and trapping two people for about 15 minutes; bystanders helped free them as park rangers and Eastside Fire & Rescue secured the scene, and two people were evaluated for injuries with no serious injuries reported.
