Massive Uptown water main break floods streets, triggers boil advisory

A major water main break at South Carrollton and Panola Street in Uptown New Orleans flooded streets and reduced water pressure; a boil-water advisory was issued for a large East Bank area as crews worked to stop the leak and secure the scene, marking the second major disruption in the Panola Street area in about a month.
