$50K reward offered for information on suspicious disappearance of Winona woman.

The family of 26-year-old Madeline Jane Kingsbury, who went missing on March 31 in Winona, is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to her whereabouts. Law enforcement officials have conducted searches on foot, in vehicles, and through the air and water, but have not found any indication of her location. Police are asking residents in and around Winona and Fillmore counties to check their properties and security cameras for anything suspicious.
