Multiple Wildfires Blaze Across Oregon, Evacuation Orders May Be Lifted

An evacuation order for residents near east Rifle, Colorado, due to a structure and wildland fire, is likely to be lifted soon, according to Colorado River Fire Rescue Chief Leif Sackett. The cause of the fire, which has burned about five acres of land, is still unknown and being investigated. The presence of piles of wood and shingles in the area that caught fire, as well as propane tanks that potentially blew up, have been mentioned as possible factors.
