"Catastrophic Tornado Strikes Little Rock, Injuring 600"

A "devastating" tornado hit Little Rock, Arkansas, injuring at least a dozen people and causing significant damage. A state of emergency has been declared in Missouri and two tornados were reported in Iowa. Nearly 90 million people in 15 US states are under threat from an "explosive" storm system. The National Guard has been deployed and hospitals are bracing for a surge of patients. High risk severe thunderstorm warnings are in place for parts of Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri and Tennessee. The severity of the storm's fuelled by climate change is unclear.
