A 5.1 magnitude earthquake centered in central Oklahoma rattled parts of Kansas, Arkansas, and Texas, with over 24,000 reports made to the USGS. The quake, which occurred near Prague, was followed by several aftershocks and could be felt over a 200-mile radius. This area had previously experienced a 5.6 magnitude earthquake in 2011, and the largest recorded earthquake in Oklahoma was a 5.8 magnitude quake in 2016.
