More than 10,000 customers are without power in San Antonio due to overnight storms, with more severe weather expected to hit Texas through Tuesday. Five tornadoes were reported on Friday, with flooding continuing to affect West Texas and the panhandle. Scattered strong storms could produce large hail, damaging winds, and localized flooding, with the highest rain potential expected west of Highway 281 through midday Sunday. Locally heavy rainfall and flooding will be possible through Tuesday, with rain chances becoming more isolated by mid-week.
