Tragic Pennsylvania Flash Flood Claims Lives and Leaves Children Missing

Five people have died and two children are missing after flash floods hit parts of south-eastern Pennsylvania during violent storms. The family of the missing children were caught in their car while on their way to a barbecue, with the mother later found dead and the father and another sibling surviving. Four other people were also killed in the flooding. Climate scientists warn that climate change is intensifying extreme weather events, such as heavy rainfall leading to flooding, while over 100 million Americans are under heat warnings.
