Arizona Awaits Final Tally with 500,000 Ballots Uncounted
TL;DR
Over 500,000 ballots remain uncounted in Arizona, delaying the results of the U.S. Senate race between Democrat Ruben Gallego and Republican Kari Lake. Arizona's Secretary of State emphasizes that accurate election results take time due to processes like signature verification. Kari Lake is actively encouraging volunteers to help "cure" ballots, a process to resolve signature issues. Despite the delay, major news outlets have already projected Donald Trump as the winner in Arizona's presidential race.
