Biden Laughs Off Trump Pardon Talk

President Biden laughed off the idea of granting a pardon to former President Trump, after Florida Governor Ron DeSantis pledged to consider it. Biden had previously committed to not following the example of Gerald Ford, who pardoned Richard Nixon. Trump has already been indicted by a New York grand jury on more than 30 counts of falsifying business records, and could face federal charges as a result of two investigations being supervised by a Department of Justice Special Counsel.
