The immigration system is overwhelmed, with an estimated 530,000 migrants known to have snuck across the border in the last eight months. The Biden Administration's only answer is to release these people into the country with little more than their promise that they'll show up to a court date. Meanwhile, Vice President Kamala Harris has said that the issue of immigration falls squarely within the responsibility of the United States Congress.
