Bill Barr leads pro-business group to challenge Biden regulations.

Former Attorney General Bill Barr will chair the advisory board of the Center for Legal Action, a new project formed by the American Free Enterprise Chamber of Commerce, a business lobbying group that aims to challenge regulations put in place by the Biden administration. The group seeks to be an alternative to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, which has fallen out of favor with some Republicans. The Center for Legal Action will engage in litigation, file amicus briefs, and support lawsuits brought by other parties in important regulatory and constitutional cases.
