Controversial Gun-related Incidents Spark Debate in Tennessee Legislature.

Tennessee Republican state representative William Lamberth has been criticised for asking students protesting against gun violence at the state Capitol what gun they would be "comfortable being shot with". The question came after the students had rallied for stronger gun regulations following the shooting deaths of three children and three adults at The Covenant School in Nashville. Lamberth's question was described as "heartless" and "disgustingly cruel and monstrous" on social media.
