Cuomo Sues Letitia James for Sexual Harassment Probe Records

Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has filed a lawsuit against New York Attorney General Letitia James for documents related to her 2021 investigation into alleged sexual harassment that led to his resignation, claiming he needs them to defend himself in two sexual harassment lawsuits. Cuomo denies all the allegations and describes James’ report as "materially inaccurate, incomplete, biased, flawed and misleading." The investigation found he had harassed at least 11 women, and Cuomo resigned after its findings were released.
