DC National Guard Deployment Under Fire as Costs Mount and Crime Drops Remain Elusive
TL;DR

Despite Trump’s framing of a crime crackdown, CAP analysis finds no measurable drop in violent crime, prompting backlash and a harsh response from the White House.
