DSCC Bets $40M on Ground Campaign Across 10 States to Flip the Senate

The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee announced a $40 million, on-the-ground organizing push— branded as Win The Senate— across 10 battleground states (seven offensive, three defensive) focused on staffing, new offices, volunteer programs, and outreach to Latino, Black, and Alaska Native voters. The aim is to flip four Senate seats this fall by building grassroots infrastructure rather than heavy ad buys, countering anticipated GOP cash, with target races including Maine, North Carolina, Ohio, Alaska, Texas, Iowa, Florida (offense) and Georgia, Michigan, New Hampshire (defense).
