E. Jean Carroll Considers Third Lawsuit Against Trump Over 'Vile' Comments.

E. Jean Carroll and her attorney may file another lawsuit against Donald Trump over his caustic comments since the trial, as he appeals a $5 million sexual abuse and defamation judgement against him. Trump called Carroll a "whack job" and said she made up the story during a CNN town hall on Wednesday night. Trump's attorneys filed a formal notice that they would take their case to the U.S. 2nd Circuit of Appeals. Carroll has an earlier defamation suit that is still pending.
